With the idea of creating a unique and original gin, the Rodriguez brothers came up with the idea of macerating the best fresh strawberries from Huelva in alcohol. The result was a very smooth paste, but contributed to the distillate too intense flavor of strawberries. From this test, thought to distill strawberry paste with wild juniper berries. The result is an incredibly smooth Gin, with a pronounced strawberry flavor.
