The Bécquer Gloriette, located in Seville's María Luisa Park, is one of the city's most iconic landmarks for lovers of poetry. This monument pays tribute to Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer, one of the greatest figures of Spanish Romanticism and one of the most celebrated poets in Spanish literature.

Surrounded by century-old gardens and immersed in a romantic atmosphere, the Gloriette invites visitors to discover the beauty of Bécquer's Rhymes and Legends, becoming a place where literature, art and nature come together in perfect harmony.

Today, this monument begins a new chapter through the Bécquer Lives in Seville project, whose mission is to transform this historic site into a vibrant cultural space open to both citizens and visitors from around the world.

Using a single Smart QR Code, visitors will have access to constantly updated content, including the monument's history, audio guides, literary routes, historical photographs, cultural events, augmented reality, artificial intelligence and an innovative Time Travel Photocall that recreates the atmosphere of Romantic Seville in the 19th century.

The platform will also feature a Virtual Bookshelf dedicated to Sevillian authors, a venue for book presentations, cultural activities, exhibitions and a gift shop offering exclusive souvenirs inspired by the life and work of Gustavo Adolfo Bécquer.
